1. Alerts only

DriveTestWatch provides automated availability alerts for CA DMV behind-the-wheel drive-test appointments. We do not book appointments for you and we cannot guarantee that specific DMV appointments will become available. Booking is always done by you, directly on the official DMV website.

2. Independent service

DriveTestWatch is a third-party utility entirely independent of the DMV. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the Department of Motor Vehicles. You are solely responsible for official booking procedures and any government fees.

3. Fair use

You agree not to abuse or attempt to reverse engineer the monitoring service. We may pause scans that breach reasonable request quotas.

4. One-time purchases

Scans are one-time purchases that run for the duration of the tier you selected. There is no recurring subscription and no auto-renewal.

5. SMS messaging terms

DriveTestWatch is operated by Curbly Labs LLC. If you optionally enter your mobile phone number, you may opt in to SMS messages by affirmatively selecting an unchecked checkbox on our web form. By opting in, you agree to receive automated, transactional text messages about California DMV drive-test appointment availability from DriveTestWatch. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies based on appointment availability and your selected scan. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must provide a mobile number that you control and are authorized to use. If your number changes or is reassigned, you must promptly update or remove it from the service or contact us so that messages are not sent to another person.
